Managing Your ANCP Accounts Online

Property Managers with contracts under the Washington Gas Automatic Name Change Program (ANCP) now have the option to enroll for Multiple Account Access with ANCP through the eService Web site. This option provides the property manager the ability to automatically track all accounts that have been switched to their name, as well as the ability to view and pay bills associated to these accounts.

No longer will you need to wait for the next bill or to contact Washington Gas to verify that your tenant has switched service into their name. Now you can check the current status of all your accounts, any time day or night.

To start, register on the eService site, and select "Multiple Account Access with ANCP". From there you will be able to add your ANCP contracts, and then view the status of all relevant accounts currently in your name.
