Anacostia River Festival

Washington Gas supports the Anacostia River Festival, a premier event of the National Cherry Blossom Festival. The eighth annual festival is a celebration of Anacostia River, Park, and Neighborhood. The festival will present a series of musical performances from a main stage honoring the history and sounds of communities on both sides of the Anacostia River and amplifying the stories, culture, and heritage of neighboring African American residents.
