Rebates on Energy Efficient Appliances for Your Home

Washington Gas offers rebates as a part of our energy efficiency programs in Maryland and Virginia. Additionally, customers can take advantage of rebate savings directly from the manufacturers. These savings can be combined.
Washington Gas participates in the EmPOWER Maryland initiative, helping homeowners and other residential customers throughout Maryland reduce their energy consumption and save money on utility bills. As part of the initiative, rebates are available on high-efficiency gas equipment. 

Space heating is the largest energy consumer in a home, typically accounting for over 40 percent of a home’s energy consumption. It is also an area where significant energy savings can be realized. Currently Washington Gas offers Virginia residents rebates on high-efficiency natural gas furnaces and WIFI-Enabled thermostats, creating the perfect opportunity for you to make your home more comfortable and energy efficient.

Washington Gas partners with the District of Columbia Sustainable Energy Utility (DCSEU) to help Washington, D.C. residents save energy and money through energy efficiency programs and rebates. The DCSEU provides rebates to homeowners for the installation of energy-efficient appliances.

 Additionally, customers can take advantage of rebate savings directly from manufacturers.
