Washington Gas Endowments Help Students Attend Area Colleges, Universities
Washington Gas aims to help students overcome financial hurdles to attend local colleges and universities.
The Washington Gas Trade Relations group held its annual Trade Relations Charity Golf Outing on June 2, 2017. Benefiting the Children’s National Medical Center in Washington D.C., the event raised over $15,000 for the pediatric hospital.
This event provides an opportunity for Washington Gas to network and engage with local contractors, manufacturers and trade association members. These efforts also show our continued support for the trade ally community.
The golf outing had a total of 80 participants and included Washington Gas employees from Sales and Marketing, Construction and Field Operations and contractor, subcontractor and manufacturer partners. Executives Doug Staebler, Senior Vice President, Utility Operations and Tracy Townsend, Vice President, Construction and Compliance & Safety were among those in attendance.
