Customer Advisory: New Customer Support System

Customer Notice: Due to high volume use of the eService portal, you may experience some extended load times or temporary inability to access your account. We appreciate your patience.

Washington Gas strives to continue to improve our services and customer experience when interacting with our company. We have recently implemented our new customer support system and there are a few changes to the eService system that apply to you.

You now have a new 12-digit account number, which you will receive with your next bill/eBill. However, your log-in information remains the same. Please make note of this change for your reference on any payment or bank accounts that you may need to update. As a precaution, we will continue to store and accept your former 10-digit account number.

As of January 3, 2017, your account history for 2016 is available for review. Additional account history will be available later this week. If you have any additional question regarding your account, please contact the Call Center at 703-750-1000.

You can login to eService with your username and password, or check your account as an unregistered user by providing your account number (10 digit: 1234.56789 or 12-digit: 123456789123) and address.

• eService - Check, Debit and Credit Card payments. No fees
• Payment Lines – 800-823-9200 or 703-750-7944 (debit/credit cards). No fees
• Customer Service – Account & Bill assistance -703-750-1000. Mon-Fri - 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Sat - 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Sun - Closed

Password Reset: Click on “Forgot Password?”. New password must include 8-16 characters, one capital letter, one lowercase letter, one number and one symbol.
