My Washington Gas Portal Now Live

The new My Washington Gas customer portal went live on May 22, and we couldn’t be more excited! It provides our customers with an enhanced digital experience and is a huge step forward on our journey to transform the customer experience at Washington Gas.

Since launch, approximately 40,000 customers have already migrated to the new portal and are using it to make payments, request start-and-stop services and contact the customer service team. We appreciate your enthusiastic response to this exciting new digital option.

Our Washington Gas project team is made up of countless employees committed to providing our customers with a positive customer experience. The team is hard at work to deliver our mobile app, which is expected to launch in mid-summer and will offer full digital functionality on IOS/Android mobile devices.
