NOTICE OF PRE-HEARING CONFERENCE
On August 28, 2020 Washington Gas Light Company filed an application for authority to increase its base rates for gas distribution service and to revise the terms and conditions applicable to its gas service in Maryland. The proposed rates for gas distribution service would produce additional annual revenues of $28.4 million.
A Pre-Hearing Conference in this proceeding has been set for
September 28, 2020, beginning at 10 a.m. This pre-hearing conference is to be held virtually and will be conducted using WebEx and will be live streamed.

The purpose of the hearing is to set a procedural schedule for this proceeding, consider any petitions to intervene that have been filed, and consider any other preliminary matters requested by the parties.
