Before the Public Service Commission of Maryland Case No. 9509(p)
Public Utility Law Judge’s Notice of Hearing
The Maryland Public Service Commission holds a public hearing annually to review changes in natural gas charges that may reflect increases or decreases in the cost of natural gas, along with any supplier refunds.
These costs, which appear on the bill, are passed to customers who buy natural gas from Washington Gas. The Company does not profit on the retail sale of natural gas to its customers. An evidentiary hearing shall be held virtually on Tuesday, March 29, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. You may access the pre-hearing conference via the following link: https://bit.ly/2X6wLiP

Reasonable accommodations will be made at Public Service Commission proceedings for qualified persons with disabilities, if requested five (5) days in advance of the proceeding. Call the Commission at 410-767-8000 or 1-800-492‑0474 or access the prior numbers through the Maryland Relay Service at 1-800-201-7165.
