WGL Holdings, Inc. Chairman and CEO Takes Seat on Maryland Board of Education

WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--WGL Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:WGL), Chairman and CEO James H. DeGraffenreidt, Jr. will be sworn in as a member of the Maryland Board of Education on July 7, 2008. Governor Martin O’Malley nominated DeGraffenreidt in December 2007 with the position confirmed during the 2008 legislative session.
