WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--WGL Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:WGL) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.3550 per share of common stock. The quarterly dividend is payable February 1, 2009, to shareholders of record on January 9, 2009.
