By Cash
Make easy cash payments at stores near you by using the bar code located on the back of your Washington Gas bill. There is no charge for this payment option. You can also create an EZ-Payslip by following the steps below:
- Visit washingtongas.com/paycash or scan the QR code below.
- Send the EZ-Payslip to your mobile device or print from your email.
- Take the mobile or printed EZ-Payslip to the store of your choice to pay your bill with cash.
You can reuse the bar code on your Washington Gas bill or your new EZ-Payslip for future bill payments. Please allow two business days prior to the due date on your bill for your payment to post to your account.

- You can download the My Wash Gas App or log into our quick, secure Customer Portal to view or pay your current gas bill.
- There is no charge for paying with electronic check.
- Maryland residential customers paying online with a debit or a credit card will be charged a $2.75 convenience fee and non-residential customers will be charged a $9.95 convenience fee. Customers in the District of Columbia and Virginia are not charged a convenience fee when paying with a debit or a credit card.

By Mail
- Please do not send cash, only checks or money orders.
- Write your Washington Gas account number on your check/money order for proper crediting to your account.
- Return your remittance stub with your check or money order.
- Please do not write on the stub or include extra correspondence/requests with your payment.
- If using an envelope other that the one provided with your bill, address the new envelope to Washington Gas, P.O. Box 37747, Philadelphia, PA 19101-5047 to avoid processing delays.
When paying by check, you authorize Washington Gas to clear the payment electronically. Your check is not returned to you, so please use your bank statement as proof of payment.

- Paying by debit or credit card: you will need your Washington Gas account number, house or building number and your credit or debit card number.
